Do you make it?

Yes. I work out of my art studio in Newcastle.


Is the silver ethically sourced and environmentally conscience?

Yes. I recycle all my silver scraps and use 100% Australian milled recycled metal.
my pieces are designed to last for many years to come. 


Do you make custom pieces?

Yes, but I have a very tight work schedule and not all requests can be made. I also only make things within my design spectrum. 



Are the chains silver plated?

All my silver charms are sold with a complimentary silver plated chain.
I've found many customers wanting to use their own silver chains and it becomes more expensive to sell due to varying sizes, so I supply a complimentary ready to wear plated chain with all my charms. These should be cared for the same was as a 925 solid silver and cleaned regularly. If you want to add a silver chain I would recommend seeking this out yourself as prices vary. I am more than happy to put a charm onto a chain you have already.
Charms are not cheaper with or without a necklace supplied at POS.

How long will it take for my order to be sent?

If pieces are in stock and ready to ship within 3-5 days of receiving an order.
Some items are made to order to fit you and can take 2-3 weeks to make + postage time is added.

Do you Express Post?

Yes. Express post doesn't mean though it will leave the studio any faster.
I require at least 3-5 working days to get a stocked item out to be shipped and 2-3 weeks for an item made just for you, so if you are in a real rush I would advised contacting me first before you place an order to confirm I can get it to you on time.
Postage is usually 1-4 business days express depending on location within Australia.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for Silver or  $15 for Clay /+ Silver.
Each order will come with an express post tracking number on request.


Do you ship internationally?

I do via Australia Post and rates vary depending on the country. 
It's usual for shipping to be between 1-3 weeks AP is usually very quick and occasionally but rarely it can take 8 weeks depending on a countries processing facility. 
If you require a tracking number and insurance plese contact me before purchasing and I can arrange that but it will be extra.

Do you wholesale your items?

Yes to selected shops. Please feel free to contact me to apply for consideration.


How do I care for my pieces?

I recommend not sleeping in your pieces or bathing in them to start with as this can damage the items without you knowing. Keep your jewellery pieces away from harmful chemicals and liquids.
All metals eventually tarnish so polish your metal regularly with a special silver cloth to avoid this.


Do you return or exchange pieces?
Items made to order cannot be returned or exchange if they have specifically be made to your request. We do not exchange for change of mind or not what I was expecting, as the images are very clear on our site and in store and sizes are indicated.
We do abide by Australian Consumer rights and take this seriously so if a piece has not been worn and on an individual basis we will help where possible to exchange an item or replace it. Please contact us if you have any issues you need addressed. We are always glad to help whenever possible.
